As a young, small social enterprise company operating in New York City, we know firsthand the financial and logistic challenges of building these principles into our business. To address this, we consciously allocate budget away from the bottom line toward our values-aligned. As we grow, we are committed to prioritizing sourcing relationships with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC-owned farms in the New York City and Hudson Valley region.
